Corporate Wellness at Kotisauna
When you sponsor an event or bring your team in, you're not just supporting your own people. You're helping keep an independent, community-run space open for everyone else who needs it too.
Community doesn't stop at friends and family. Most of our lives happen at work, and the people we work with deserve the same care.
If you manage people, you already know this. The health of your team isn't separate from the health of your workplace. If you care about staff sustainability, about people sticking around and actually wanting to be there, that care has to show up somewhere real, not just in a values statement or a wellness Friday.
Most corporate wellness is a treat. A one-off, a reward, something to post about. We think that's backwards. Sauna shouldn't be a treat, it should just be a Wednesday, something your team can come back to without it being an event every time.
At Kotisauna, we build that in from the start. Our hosts get sauna access as part of the job, not a perk tacked on after. We know community lives with our guests, but it also lives with our staff and our partners. Bringing your team in is just an extension of that.
Belonging over burnout
No hierarchy, no performance
Trust through repetition
Retention, not just morale
-
For team offsites, staff appreciation, or partner hosting.
If you're planning the next offsite and want something that isn't another trust fall, book the sauna for your team, your clients, or the people you work alongside. It's a low-key way to get people out of the boardroom and into something real, sweat, cold water, quiet conversation, no agenda.
Good for:
Team building and offsites
Client or partner appreciation events
Co-hosted events with a partner organization
What's included:
Full or partial buyout of the sauna, depending on group size (16 person capacity)
A host to run the session
Flexible scheduling within our operating season
-
Bring sauna into how you take care of your team, not just as a one-off event but as something they can use through the season.
If your workplace culture is something you actually invest in and not just a line on a job posting, session packs are a way to put that into practice. Staff get flexible access on their own time. No set schedule, no pressure to use it all at once.
Available in:
50-session pack ($1500)
100-session pack ($3000)
250-session pack ($7500)
To be redeemed at any point in the season.

For teams who want more structure than a straight buyout, our hosts can run a facilitated session built around the natural rhythm of heat and cold. Sessions are designed to align with your corporate wellness and team goals, not run off a fixed script. A few formats:
Round-based reflection — one prompt per heat round, talked through during cool-down. Good for check-ins like "what's working right now."
New team integration — for onboarding or post-reorg teams. Gets people past small talk fast, since hierarchy tends to stay outside with the towels.
Culture check-in — a facilitated conversation on what your culture actually looks like day to day, versus what it says on paper.
Partner or client relationship building — for teams hosting a partner organization. Less structured, built on shared discomfort and trust, the old idea of sauna diplomacy.
Quarterly wins and lessons — a tight retro format: one round on what went well, one on what didn't, one on what's next.
Leadership offsite — smaller groups, longer format, for teams that need room to think past the usual meeting room.
Unplugged reset — no set agenda, phones out, host sets the tone and lets the hour stay quiet.
